Busy Bee

That's what we've been! So busy and we deeply appreciate it.

Honestly, since the new fabrics came in, me and Mr. Mam haven't stopped and there's more new fabric on the way. I thought I'd come on today and share some of the current stock (before it's all gone) for those that don't have social media.

There's been a huge range of licensed fabrics:

Ideal for those that love their superheroes or vintage cartoons ( I hate saying that, seeing as I grew up on it!). These are all £5 per metre.

We've also had a huge stock of 100% cotton, some Debbie Shore, some Make + Believe which are all £6 per metre:

I'm not going to lie, it's been killing me having to sell it all, not just make stuff!
We have more of the Make + Believe coming, in all different patterns, the quality is unreal and the price I'm offering it at is so reasonable.

My sewing lessons are going incredibly well too, I'm getting pretty full in the 1-2-1s and my evening groups now have a wait list. Don't forget if you just want to craft or sew with company, there's 2 groups running. One is Wednesday eve, 6pm-8pm. The other is Saturday afternoon, 1pm-3pm. Just get in touch for more info.

On today's post I also wanted to talk workshops. I've been thinking of running some, on Sundays, through the summer. My question is, what would you like to do? I've had a suggestion for bucket style hats, which I'm all for, I've found a really easy way to do it. Also a summer bag, with pockets. Are there any other suggestions? I really enjoyed the Christmas one I did, I truly love teaching people to sew, especially as I like to show people the  'cheats' way. I like to sew the easy way, a way that doesn't make it a chore.

So if you have any ideas, please get in touch, I'd love to hear from you.
